FRONTLINE™: Employee Hotline
| FRONTLINE™ is a proactive reporting tool, via
the Internet, that is used by employees, as well as customers of
member companies, to report violations, concerns, suggestions, etc.,
in an anonymous manner. The service is also used to provide reports
of a positive nature. The reports are sent immediately to your
secure Corporate Combat® site for review. |
| Here is how
FRONTLINE™ works: |
| 1. Each employee receives a FRONTLINE™ ID Card that contains the Internet
address of www.8fix.com.
In the CODE space provided, you write in the number that identifies
your unit or location. You then distribute the cards to each of the
employees who work at your location(s). Each location is identified
with its own distinctive code number that is shared by all employees
of that location. NOTE: Corporate Combat® has added www.8FIX.com to complement the 1-888-888-8-FIX
toll-free service that many of its members are using to submit important and timely reports. |
| 2. When the employee visits FRONTLINE™, he or she will be instructed to
enter their location code and anonymously report whatever they are
concerned about. Their report will appear on your home page. The
report(s) will be accessible by clicking the FRONTLINE™ |
| 3. You must inform your CCI representative of the
codes you select so they can be integrated into your personal site.
This will allow you to retrieve reported information from each
location that is affected by the program. |
| 4. FRONTLINE™ Posters are
also available as part of this program to raise the loss prevention
awareness level of your employees. |
| 5. FRONTLINE™ can also be
used by your customers! Simply make the cards available to the
customer, e.g., along with their receipt, or displayed on the
counter next to the register, and they can use the site to report
what they observed when visiting your business. Select a special
code for customers only and write it into the code space. The
customer code must be distinctively different than that of the
location identification, and each location must have its own
customer code. If you don't want to use a wallet card, the code can be displayed on the receipt itself that is provided to the customer upon completion of their transaction. It can be as simple as "Comments or Concerns" call 1-888-888-8FIX or visit www.8Fix.com." |

F.A.C.E.S. - Frontline Anonymous Customer Evaluation Survey is similar to FRONTLINE
F.A.C.E.S. is a proactive reporting tool that is used by customers of member companies to report violations, concerns, suggestions, etc., in an anonymous manner. The service is also used to provide reports of a positive nature. If the customer chooses to, he or she can opt to leave their name if they desire a response to their report. Here is how F.A.C.E.S. works:
Each customer receives a F.A.C.E.S. card (exactly like the FRONTLINE Wallet Card that is provided to your employees.) The customer's card contains the Internet address of www.8fix.com
1. The customer and employee uses the same Internet address. In the CODE space provided, you write in the unique Customer ID Number that we provide you that will identify your unit or location. You then distribute wallet cards to your customers in whatever fashion you like. For example, simply make the cards available to the customer, e.g., along with their receipt, or displayed on the counter next to the register.
